Our Prenatal Infant Feeding class will equip you with the basics of breastfeeding/chestfeeding/bodyfeeding and the knowledge you need to get started and continue on this part of your transition to parenthood.

In the class we will cover:

Basics: milk storage capacity, supply, transfer

All of the supplies you need

What are the signs of baby feeding well?

Position, latch, flow- the trifecta for success

Preventing: sore nipples, engorgement, mastitis and more

Pumping, hand expression

What if baby doesn’t latch?

Bottles, soothers, milk collection systems

This class comes with an in home consult with Carol once you have your baby in your arms!

Cost is $50 Etansfer will secure your spot
